Welcome to our Scent Family Loyalty Program. We have 4 Tiers :
Tier 1 : Casual Sniffer - 1-99 points
Tier 2 : Medium Sniffer- 100-299 points
Tier 3 : Addicted Sniffer- 300-499 points
Tier 4 : Super Sniffer - 500 points +
Your member tier is renewed every end of Calendar year . it will be downgraded to one tier below if the minimum spent does not meet your current tier level.
As an example if you are a current member with us and spent RM200 in 2021 this would be reflected as a Medium Sniffer in 2022. It is now the 31st of December 2022 and you have only spent RM30 that year with us.
As you did not spent at least RM100 that year, you will be downgraded to the lower tier from the 1st of January the next year (2023).You will be then downgraded to a Casual Sniffer, your points are reset to 0 on the 1st of January and you will be able to enjoy the benefits according to this tier.
Condition for points:
You will retain this tier level for the current and the following calendar year (1 January – 31 December) and enjoy the benefits and rewards of that level. On the 1st of January of each year, your spend balance will reset to zero and you must spend at least RM1, RM100, RM300 or RM500 again in order to have a Casual Sniffer member, Medium Sniffer member, Addicted Sniffer member or Super Sniffer member status respectively in the following year. If you do not reach those spend thresholds, you will be downgraded to the lower tier, and if you were already a Casual Sniffer member and don’t spend at least RM1 , you will still be part of the Scent Lover loyalty program, but your points will be rest to “0”
Point Redemption:
Accumulate points to reach a redeemable voucher. Once the point value is reached, it can be used to purchase any products in store or online. Points is not available to redeem at wholesalers, outlets or partner store or under the Scent Ambassadors program. Point value is valid for 1 year from date of redemption.
300 points = RM 15 voucher
500 points = RM 25 voucher
850 points = RM 60 voucher
1500 points = RM 125 voucher
2000 points = RM 220 voucher
Vouchers cannot be stacked with automatic discount. Vouchers cannot be stacked with discount codes. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Unclaimed vouchers will expire after 1 year. Vouchers are not transferrable.
Birthday Gift:
All tiers are eligible to receive their Birthday gift. Customers must purchase a minimum of RM 80 in one order in to redeem their birthday gift in-store or online, using their unique code received via email. Birthday gift is redeemable for up to one month from the date of customers’ birthday. Birthday gift cannot be redeemed with any other gift offer. This offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered. Birthday gift is not available to redeem at wholesalers, outlets or partner store or under the Scent Ambassadors program.
Christmas Gifts:
Level 3 + are eligible for one redeemable Christmas Gift upon purchase of one product from store. Redeemable Christmas gift starts from 1st December to 25th December. Valid while stock last. Gift can be redeemed via online store or in-store. Christmas gift is not available to redeem at wholesalers, outlets or partner store or under the Scent Ambassadors program.
